Migdal Ohr (Hebrew for “Tower of Light”) was established in 1972 for the express purpose of providing education and social guidance to the children from underprivileged and troubled homes ifrom across Israel. Overcrowded apartments, one-parent families, homes with drug problems, impoverished, crime-ridden families–these are the target populations from which Migdal Ohr draws its over 6,000 pupils at all levels of the educational spectrum. Its goal – to transform these students into proud and productive citizens of Israel.
One of Rabbi Grossman’s greatest dreams have begun to be fulfilled. Two hundred and ten apartments are near completion on the spacious 22-acre tract of land adjoining the main campuses in Migdal Ha’Emek. Kiryat Migdal Ohr (Migdal Ohr Village) is becoming a reality.

Since opening our doors on October 10, 2004, we have had many children (220 orphans) who had lost their hope of a better life come to us from different parts of India. These precious children came from shattered homes and were burdened with the memories of a dismal past. At the Home of Hope we are blessed with the opportunity to offer these children a hope and a future and one day train them up to be mighty warriors for Christ.

According to Jesus, there is a family of people who truly love God and each other. Their sincere love identifies them as being destined for heaven (see Matt. 25:31-46). The ministry of Heaven’s Family is built on those facts, and is a love-link between members of God’s family. Through three divisions—Orphan’s Tear, I was Hungry, and Shepherd Serve—Heaven’s Family is working around the world to care for widows and orphans, meet pressing needs, and equip Christian leaders with tools for the harvest.
